Sleep Deeper From Night One
Dream Tape helps retrain your body to breathe naturally through your nose instead of your mouth — increasing nitric oxide production, lowering resting heart rate, and improving oxygen flow while you sleep. Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.6 / 5 from 1532 reviews.
The Dream Recovery nose strips have brought my running back to life. It has helped me knock a full minute off of my 3 mile pace. And I ran my first ever 5k this weekend using them! They are better than any other nose strip I use because they stay on no matter how sweaty I get during a workout. I also have been using them to sleep and no matter how much I toss and turn or touch my face… they stay on! I’ve recommended these to my family and friends and just ordered a 3 month supply.
I suggested your mouth tape to my mom, who experiences dry mouth and has trouble sleeping. She LOVES it!
Easy to use, great adhesive! Minimal invasive. Well done, product
I truly need these to sleep now! Not because I can’t fall asleep, but because these enhance my sleep. I fall asleep quicker and more relaxed.
My experience with Dream mouth tape has been very positive. The tape stops my mouth from opening and waking me up at night. I haven't detected any odor from the tape. The one issue is that I'm allergic to adhesives, so the tape irritates my skin. However, washing with soap and water, as well as applying hydrocortisone cream, in the morning helps.
Will be purchasing again!
I’ve been using dream recovery strips for over a year. I absolutely love these. If I ever forget to put one on before bed, I can tell in the morning when I wake up! When I wear these strips I wake up feeling well-rested, my mouth isn’t dry, and I KNOW I’m bringing oxygen into my cells by breathing through my nose all night long. It’s also important to me to prevent snoring as I’ve watched family members struggle with snoring, sleep apnea, and poor sleep quality. These are a staple in my home and bathroom cabinet.
Helps me get to that next level for my workout and sleep!
Works excellent with a cpap machine to eliminate dry mouth
I don’t leave a lot of reviews for things but I am compelled to say that dream tape has entirely changed my sleep and how I feel. The science of nasal breathing is undisputed and dream tape has been the modality to make it a comfortable and consistent experience. If you're new to mouth tape, it can take a few weeks to get used to but now I can’t sleep well without it. I used some off brand names off Amazon and nothing compares to dream tape. It’s adhesive enough to stay on all night but not overly adhesive where it hurts to take it off. I’m on autoship every month which makes me not have to think about when I need more. Thanks Dream!
I’ve used a bunch of different mouth tapes. I like the size of this and that it’s made out of mostly natural fibers.
As simple as that - cannot sleep without them anymore!!!
I am a hardcore mouth taper. OG hostage tape guy. I have seen the light. Dream tape is better in every way. Everything improves and I think Dream is on the mouth tape bleeding edge at the moment.
I move around a lot at night and kick my pillows off the bed, which is largely because I breath through my mouth. Once I put that mouth tape on, I become totally still and my heart rate calms down and I am totally knocked out. It’s like it pacifies me: total calm. I wake up and my pillows are right there. Here’s a bonus: my significant other reports no snoring!
My other mouth tape stopped making the ones I previously used, and I found your brand. I tried the strip and have been pretty satisfied. My mouth can come a little open at night, but working on it.
This is a summary of my top recovery behaviors according to my whoop data. Nothing comes close to mouth tape! This has been consistent since I started using tape several years ago.
absolutely loved it and the quality is another level -- the best mouth tape I've tried to far, very comfortable and gentle on the skin. Highly recommend
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Super simple but works great. The Dream Mouth Tape Strips are comfortable, stay on all night, and don’t irritate my skin. I’ve been sleeping better and waking up without a dry mouth. Easy win for better sleep.
Definitely improved sleep! Love the vertical placement. I’m ordering more!
Great products
normally, I toss & turn from side to side all night long, after my first night using the dream tape, I woke up to my alarm, still lying on my back! I rarely sleep through the entire night. I love the dream tape
Use it every day at home and on the road
Great product. Helps me sleep at night without getting a dry mouth
Such a secure fit sticks so well, very comforting. It won’t come off of a beard.
Love this mouth tape so much. I’ve been a customer for years. So lightweight, stretchy, and I can easily drink water during the night.
Big fan, great with my beard and reduces snoring
I’ve been using both the mouth tape and nasal strips and I’m sold. Sleep quality has improved a ton, and during workouts I’m able to control my breathing better, keep my heart rate down, and improve overall lung capacity.
This is the only transparent mouth tape in the market, and when you try it, it backs up everything you see online!
Dream Recovery mouth tape has been a game changer in my helping to improve my sleep. It’s easy on, easy off!
This product was recommended by my dentist for some gum issues, however it is having a huge impact on my sleep as well. I track my sleep with Whoop and over the last week since I started using the mouth tape, I have been sleeping longer, getting on average an hour more of restorative sleep every night, and having less wake events throughout the night. I have woken up feeling way more rested and have seen a positive impact on my workouts and energy level throughout the day. I am very happy with this product.
It sticks really well
I have been using this tape for a couple of years and I finally convinced my husband to join me. Less snoring, more sleeping!
Very good loved it
It must be good if I'm waking up with less bruising on the right side of my body in the morning! Adhesive is great even with a full beard. Five stars!
Love love these! They actually work!
My sleep has improved exponentially since mouth taping! I also do shift work and sometimes have to sleep during the day- the mask is the only one that’s ever worked for me when sleeping during daylight!
Gentle and soft to the touch stays on securely and can reapply to face if I have to during the night
This mouth tape has been life changing for me and that’s no exaggeration!
I’ve tried other mouth tapes, but they were either smelly or too harsh on my skin. I love that the Dream Recovery Plus has ingredients that are good for my skin. It stays on well, yet peels off easily in the morning and doesn’t have a scent. My snoring is so much better and I dream like crazy now, so I know I’m getting deeper, better sleep!
