Chapstick before application is a game changer. 3. always be hydrated.

My experience with Dream mouth tape has been very positive. The tape stops my mouth from opening and waking me up at night. I haven't detected any odor from the tape. The one issue is that I'm allergic to adhesives, so the tape irritates my skin. However, washing with soap and water, as well as applying hydrocortisone cream, in the morning helps.

I’ve been using dream recovery strips for over a year. I absolutely love these. If I ever forget to put one on before bed, I can tell in the morning when I wake up! When I wear these strips I wake up feeling well-rested, my mouth isn’t dry, and I KNOW I’m bringing oxygen into my cells by breathing through my nose all night long. It’s also important to me to prevent snoring as I’ve watched family members struggle with snoring, sleep apnea, and poor sleep quality. These are a staple in my home and bathroom cabinet.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews for things but I am compelled to say that dream tape has entirely changed my sleep and how I feel. The science of nasal breathing is undisputed and dream tape has been the modality to make it a comfortable and consistent experience. If you're new to mouth tape, it can take a few weeks to get used to but now I can’t sleep well without it. I used some off brand names off Amazon and nothing compares to dream tape. It’s adhesive enough to stay on all night but not overly adhesive where it hurts to take it off. I’m on autoship every month which makes me not have to think about when I need more. Thanks Dream!

I move around a lot at night and kick my pillows off the bed, which is largely because I breath through my mouth. Once I put that mouth tape on, I become totally still and my heart rate calms down and I am totally knocked out. It’s like it pacifies me: total calm. I wake up and my pillows are right there. Here’s a bonus: my significant other reports no snoring!
