Always on the go! My travel bag is light and easy to keep with me on the go. I travel everyday for work and often sleep in many different beds, places, and environments. Having a consistent dream mouth tape is my go to on the go

Very happy customer! I breathe through my nose now as God intended us to do. My sleep has improved. And, I love that the tape is non-toxic. It seemed a little large for my small face at first, but it stays put much better than other tape has and I hardly even notice it now.
It is too sticky! Hurts to pull it off even the correct way which I have done…and it leaves a sticky residue on my upper lip. Would be great for men with a mustache and beard. I suggest you put it on top of your hand for a few minutes before applying it to your face. That's what I have been doing and it's a bit less sticky. I like that it's made in the USA so I will probably continue to purchase this product rather than others out there made in China.
OK, I started using your tape about two years ago when Mouth taping was all the rage on Instagram and TikTok so the science behind it really made a lot of sense to me, especially about BetterSleep the shape of your face. What happens to your shape of your face when you start to get older so now here I am two years later still using the mouth tape. I have sleep issues and I do think the mouth tape helps a little bit about sleep, but I don’t know why it’s just to have it now the science behind it is good so I do think I now don’t wake up with chapped lips and itch all over my tongue. I can’t give a review on the pouch because I’ve never received a pouch for my mouth tape.

Like your products, shipping is a bit unreasonable but understand your process. Would like the mouth tape to be about a half to an inch longer.
