Chapstick before application is a game changer. 3. always be hydrated.

The science of nasal breathing is undisputed and dream tape has been the modality to make it a comfortable and consistent experience. If you're new to mouth tape, it can take a few weeks to get used to but now I can’t sleep well without it. I used some off brand names off Amazon and nothing compares to dream tape. It’s adhesive enough to stay on all night but not overly adhesive where it hurts to take it off. I’m on autoship every month which makes me not have to think about when I need more. Thanks Dream!
